Jennifer Matthews is a singer/songwriter residing in Cambridge, Mass. Her poetry has appeared in Ibbetson Street, Lyrical Somerville, Wilderness House Literary Review, and others. She was nominated for a Cambridge Poetry Award and a St. Botolph Emerging Artist Award, as well as received an award from Billboard Music Magazine for her song entitled “The Wheel.” Her poetry collection Fairytales and Misdemeanors was published by the Ibbetson Street Press. Her work is archived at Harvard University, Brown University, and the University of Buffalo Libraries. She has toured with her music internationally and has released 8 original CDs to date.
