Anna Warfield (she/they) is a poet and visual artist based in Binghamton, New York. Their predominantly text-based fiber works consider the body, unlearning, and identity. Through this submission, Warfield explores what it means to present their work on the page.

Upcoming in 2025, they have an installation with the Rockwell Museum in Corning, New York as well as a solo exhibition at the Everson Museum in Syracuse, New York opening in June. In recent years, they’ve had work exhibited with SUNY Oneonta, Roberson Museum, MAG Rochester, Herbert F. Johnson Museum and Schweinfurth Art Center. They are a two time recipient of NYSCA Artist Support and were awarded a Constance Saltonstall Artist Residency in 2023. Warfield spoke as a panelist in the 2023 Text and Techne Conference at Trinity College, Dublin and has contributed as a guest speaker at NYFA, Cornell University, Binghamton University, and SUNY Oneonta.
