Jordan Ranft was born and raised in the greater SF Bay Area. In 2015 he competed at the National Poetry Slam on team Berkely and placed third overall in the nation. He was a finalist in the Pamela Maus Writing Contest and recently completed his first short manuscript of poetry. By the time you read this, he will have a Bachelor's Degree with honors in English from the University of California, Davis. He has been published in Barehands Poetry, Rust+Moth, and has work forthcoming in the print anthology Milkfist.
